Hilary is a printmaker specialising in handcrafted linocut prints. Her work explores a variety of techniques, from simple monochrome prints to complex multiblock and reduction prints, some of which find new life as digitally reproduced greeting cards.

Her inspiration comes from their love of nature and animals, as well as local scenes of the North Wessex Downs. She aim's to capture the fluidity and rhythm they find in the natural world using a combination of vibrant colours and expressive lines.

She is currently creating a series of small linocut studies of British birds. Each set of four will be hand-printed using blended, harmonious colours . She is also experimenting with collage, repurposing my proof prints to create new and unique artworks.
